The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like family. The room was perfectly designed for comfort, with a beautiful view of the deer and water. Being able to experience the customs of a traditional Japanese hotel, with provided slippers and a no-shoes policy, added to the fantastic experience.
